ChemManager® Support


Technical support
Hosting, backup, first/second level support and safety management is included in the subscription.

Hosting
ChemManager® is hosted at the DHI’s hosting centre by internal staff at DHI.

Backup
A daily backup of the ChemManager database and the service is taken. The backup system is verified on a daily basis and the backup is accumulated.

Support
Technical support is given to users experiencing technical problems with ChemManager®. Despite continuous efforts to deliver flawless software, technical problems may occur during installation and use of ChemManager®, and DHI provides first and second level support. First level support, including use of software, and reporting and tracking of errors, is managed by your contact person at DHI. Second level support, including corrections of errors, is managed by the development team at DHI.

Safety management
ChemManager® is protected by password access and designed so that only designated users have access to the entered data. All data are owned by the user and company entering them. Data are encrypted and hereby held confidential. The communication between client and server is protected via a https connection.

Additional technical support
DHI can assist you with transfer of data from other IT systems to ChemManager® as well as integration between ChemManager® and other IT systems.
